3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an rtm1 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to the use of automation software, bots, or other fraudulent methods to gain an unfair advantage.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the rtm1 platform:

4. Payments, Transactions & Liability Limits
All financial transactions on the rtm1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). rtm1 supports a range of local payment methods including Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (direct bank transfer), and other methods displayed on the platform's deposit page at the relevant time.
Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with rtm1's established review procedures, and processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected. rtm1 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending security or compliance reviews without prior notice.
Rtm1 is not liable for any losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures beyond our control, or third-party service disruptions. rtm1's liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident. rtm1 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.

Account Suspension & Closure
Rtm1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to any compensation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the rtm1 support team. Any valid funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all required checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property
